Bundt Cakes

Our Bundt cakes are lighter, incredibly moist and delicious thanks to our use of whole wheat pastry flour, low-fat Greek yogurt, low-fat buttermilk, organic unrefined sugars, and organic coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil. We also use fresh fruits and high-quality nuts and extracts to give each Bundt cake layers of flavor. They are baked in high-quality Bundt pans, which have intricate designs that help create visually beautiful cakes. Each Bundt cake feeds about 12 people.

All our Bundt cakes can be made gluten-free, vegan, and eggless.

Devil's Food Bundt Cake
Belgian Callebaut Dutch-processed cocoa, extra virgin olive oil, low-fat Greek yogurt, and Nielson Massey’s Madagascar Bourbon pure vanilla extract make this cake very moist and chocolatey. A dark chocolate water-ganache makes this cake truly divine!.
 
 

Black Forest

The base is the same as the Devil's Food Bundt Cake. A fresh cherry-honey compote is nestled inside the bundt cake. It is drizzled with white chocolate and topped with natural dye-free Marachino cherries.
 

Red Velvet

We use natural roasted beets to get a lovely red hue. The cake is drizzed with white chocolate and sprinkled with toasted walnuts. Pecans can be substituted for the walnuts. The contrast of the red and white is visually stunning!

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Bundt Cake
A whole wheat Bundt cake made with a fresh strawberry and raw organic honey compote, which gives the cake a natural strawberry flavor. The Bundt cake is drizzled with a dark chocolate water-ganache and decorated with fresh strawberries.
 
 

Orange Almond Cherry

Almond flour, whole wheat pastry flour, fresh orange zest, and dried cherries soaked in fresh orange juice are folded into the batter. The cake is topped with an orange buttermilk glaze and toasted sliced almonds.
 

Orange Cranberry Walnut Spice

An orange Bundt cake made with fresh oranges, Italian extra virgin olive oil, and low-fat Greek yogurt. A lightly-spiced fresh cranberry, honey, and orange juice compote is nestled inside the cake. Lightly-toasted walnuts give this cake an added crunch. An orange buttermilk glaze is drizzled on top to accentuate the fresh orange flavor.
 

Lemon Raspberry Pistachio

Fresh sweet Meyer lemon zest and juice are mixed in the batter. A layer of fresh raspberry-honey compote is nestled inside the cake. The Bundt cake is topped with a Meyer lemon glaze and lightly toasted pistachios.
 

Apple Maple Walnut Spice

A delicious Bundt cake with flavors of Fall and Winter – apples, walnuts, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and ginger. Pure maple syrup complements the warmth of the spices. Whole wheat and almond flours add to the wholesome goodness. A light vanilla glaze is the perfect finishing touch.
