Our Bundt cakes are lighter, incredibly moist and delicious thanks to our use of whole wheat pastry flour, low-fat Greek yogurt, low-fat buttermilk, organic unrefined sugars, and organic coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil. We also use fresh fruits and high-quality nuts and extracts to give each Bundt cake layers of flavor. They are baked in high-quality Bundt pans, which have intricate designs that help create visually beautiful cakes. Each Bundt cake feeds about 12 people.
Belgian Callebaut Dutch-processed cocoa, extra virgin olive oil, low-fat Greek yogurt, and Nielson Massey’s Madagascar Bourbon pure vanilla extract make this cake very moist and chocolatey. A dark chocolate water-ganache makes this cake truly divine!.
