Petite Desserts and Bars
All our petite desserts and bars can be made gluten-free, vegan, and/or eggless.
Lighter and healthier than traditional lemon bars, our lemon bars have an almond crust made of almond flour, whole wheat pastry flour, organic coconut oil, organic unrefined sugar, and Meyer lemon zest. The filling is made with lots of naturally-sweet Meyer lemons, organic unrefined sugar, eggs, and whole wheat pastry flour. Very lemony, fresh, and delicious!
