The base is a honey graham cracker crust made with organic coconut oil. We added a Madagascar vanilla bean cream cheese filling and fresh raspberry gelee, and each cup is topped with a fresh raspberry. Served in these adorable dessert cups, you have a delicious dessert perfect for any occasion!

Lighter and healthier than traditional lemon bars, our ‎lemon bars have an almond crust made of almond flour, ‎whole wheat‬ pastry flour, organic coconut oil, organic unrefined sugar, and Meyer lemon zest. The filling is made with lots of naturally-sweet ‪‎Meyer lemons‬, organic unrefined sugar, eggs, and whole wheat pastry flour. Very lemony, fresh, and delicious!

These healthy and delicious bars are extremely versatile. They are great as an on-the-go breakfast, a healthy snack, or even dessert! They are vegan and can be made 100% whole grain or gluten-free. They are made with oats, flax seed, wheat germ, organic coconut oil, and organic coconut sugar. The filling is a strawberry jam, which is sandwiched between the two oat layers.

These bars have a double dose of almonds, as we use almond flour and raw toasted sliced almonds in the crust. They are vegan and can be made 100% whole grain or gluten-free. They are made with oats, flax seed, wheat germ, organic coconut oil, and organic coconut sugar. The filling is a raspberry jam, which is sandwiched between the two almond–oat layers.
